Psychotherapy

Individual

- Integrative Neuropsychotherapy is offered in 50 minute sessions. Please contact me for fees.
  - Longer sessions are offered pro rata.
  - Concession or trainee rates: Please contact me to explore this, as I'm committed to making therapy affordable.
  - Insurance: Rate is the same or as contracted with the insurance company.
- REDUCED FEE: For a limited time, Eye-Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy alone is offered for short-term work of 6 to 12 sessions of 50-minutes each. These sessions are offered at a reduced fee of £100 per session for those self-paying or at concession or trainee rates. Interested? Couple

Couple therapy is offered in sessions of 50 minutes with longer sessions offered pro rata for those who are self-paying. Please contact me for fees.

Group

Group therapy is offered at lower rates, depending on the group. Please contact me about joining a group and fees.

I offer a variety of professional psychological assessments. Please contact me for options and rates.

Supervision

Supervision for any mental health difficulty for the therapy approaches that I integrate is offered in sessions up to 60 minutes for £110 per session.

Specialist supervision about trauma, dissociation, attachment, and sensitive temperament is offered in sessions up to 60 minutes for £130 per session.

Group supervision is offered at lower rates, depending on the group. Please contact me about joining a group and fees for this.

Supervision for research in counselling or clinical psychology, psychotherapy, neuroscience or psychology is offered. Please contact me if interested.

Consultation
